Marimo Moss Balls are native to Japan and are actually a type of algae.
Mari Means bouncy ball and Mo is a term for plants that grow in water. The term Marimo translates to Bouncy Plant in water.
I will put one together like this and mail it to you as a kit. You will simply pour the crystals in first, add the Marimo and then add water and cork the top. It’s that simple! Feel free to give it a water monthly water change. It doesn’t like much light so place it in an area that does not get any direct sunlight and Enjoy!
